Floors dirty, always had dirty feet from room floor. Had 5 large bottles of products but only 2 had pump dispensers on them.

Great location and beach areas. Room needed updating and maid service was hit and miss. Food adequate but have had a lot better in an all inclusive resort. Location was good and evening entertainment was also good.

We were extermely disappointed in the food quality and service we have received at this hotel even though we were Diamond Club. The Food quality was really bad and cheap. Extremely salty food and the food varieties were very limited to two or three different dishes only. The leftover food from lunch time put back on the dinner menu. The food HYGIENE specially at Buffet, the french and the Italian restaurant was appalling. Insects and birds everywhere on the food. Black birds drinking and eating people food in three of the four restaurants. The only restaurant we have really enjoyed eating at was Taj the Indian restaurant. Grenada is a tropical Island and we have hardly found any fruit on the lunch and dinner menu but melon and watermelon which is really weird. We have been on few excursions and some had food included, the food was lovely in these excursions. We also have met lots of people staying at the Sandals resorts next door and they all confirm that the food there was really good so they have invited us for dinner there. The food at the Sandals was unbelievably tasty and nice comparing to the Royalton Grenada

Hotel had 5 restaurants but on arrival only 1open.in the 2weeks of our stay there was never all 5 open.we walked out the Indian restaurant on our second visit because the service was very poor and the food was cold.I waited a long time for a second drink but it never turned up.nibbles the beach snack bar had the same small menu every day it never changed but there was always something missing.the direct flights out and back was Not direct as we had to stop at Saint Lucia on the way and way back.
