    The accommodation was completely overshadowed by a serious safety incident. During our stay, a large piece of decorative wall art became detached from the wall in our room and fell directly onto my daughter, striking her on the head and shoulder. A doctor had to attend, and she was left with a head injury, bruising and ongoing pain. No family should have to worry about their child’s safety because fixtures within a hotel room have not been properly secured. Whilst the room itself was clean and housekeeping staff did a good job throughout our stay, that counts for very little when a major safety failure occurs. Following such a serious incident, we expected far greater support, concern and follow-up from both the hotel and TUI. Instead, we were left feeling that the incident was not treated with the seriousness it deserved. What should have been a relaxing family holiday became stressful and upsetting, and the final part of our holiday was dominated by concern for our daughter’s wellbeing rather than enjoying our time together. This incident has significantly damaged our confidence in both the hotel and TUI.

    The accommodation has not lived up to the 5 star as advertised by you. Our first room smelled strongly of mould and moister. I have requested to be moved which I was the following day. However, I have been told I can not move the room temperature which was set to 16.5 degrees and the room was constantly freezing cold. We paid extra for diamond service but the room was barely 3 star. The under-bed was never cleaned during our stay with thick dust underneath. The resort was nice in general - however, my daughter got food poisoning on day 4 and had to be admitted to the hospital for 3 days which was extremely distressing. We only spend time in the resort day before and therefore this had to be contracted through food or water in the resort. It is unexceptable.

    waiters are to busy chatting amongst themselves poor service but friendly, Home keeping not relieving clean towel, room dusty on arrival with mosquitos, checking in bag missing but staff don't seem to concerned, buffet food food bit a la carte below par no special twist just buffet with a waiter, 1hour wait for an a la carte table even though pre booked

    Rooms very good, but we had periods of time without running water/flushing toilets or electricity without prior notice.Towels not changed frequently enough, room supplies not replenished daily.
