    “Erholungsurlaub pur”

    Mein Partner und ich waren eine Woche in dem Hotel und das Essen und die Getränke waren einfach top. Es gab sogar eine richtig gut organisierte Party des Animationsteam. Für uns gibt es nur einen Punkt den man verbessern könnte : die Strandbar. Leider gab es da nicht die Möglichkeit dieselben Cocktails wie beim Pool zu bestellen bzw. waren die Barkeeper nicht gut ausgebildet. Mit einem Whiskey Sour war man leider schon überfordert. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und wer in diesen Hotel nicht satt wird, hat definitiv etwas falsch gemacht.

    The hotel was perfect for what we wanted (a relaxing holiday by the pool / beach doing nothing!). We’ve been to this hotel before a few years back and returned this year because we liked it so much. It was just as we left it! The hotel is clean, modern, excellent & friendly staff, great variety of food/snacks/drinks and beautiful pool and beach areas. The staff really look after you at the hotel and nothing is ever too much trouble - they really make you feel valued during your stay. Lots of amenities in the hotel including spa, water park, photographer and shop so you really don’t need to leave the resort! There are also a lot of cute cats and kittens around the hotel grounds which are looked after really well by the hotel- they even have a “cat house” with fresh water and food for the cats which I absolutely loved to see! Only thing about this hotel is that outside of the hotel in the surrounding area there isn’t anything to explore other than loads of fake-designer clothes shops which all sell the same things. If you’re just after a pool and beach holiday, like us, then that’s fine as you aren’t bothered about venturing out... But if you enjoy a nice scenic walk outside of the hotel then this wouldn’t be for you as it’s otherwise a bit of a waste-land! I’ve booked all of my all-inclusive holidays through Tui and have never been disappointed, they are truly a brand that I trust and would always recommend.

    Overall needs an update. Pools had broken tiles which ripped into child's swim shoes. Dated accommodation, small flush did not work and shower had rust around base.

    We stayed 25th May to 6th June. Hotel staff were amazing, npt one bad experience, everyone was helpful and always smiling. This is a big hotel but never felt crowded. Pools were great and always had sunloungers available, all inclusive food was excellent and always something available throughout the day that catered for everyone. Variety of drinks was great, and most were international brands. Hotel room was good size and beds were ok, pillows were not good at all. The biggest issue with the rooms was the paper thin walls, we needed to move rooms because of noisy neighbours, but second room was just as bad. Entertainment crew were fantastic, they engaged people who wanted to take part and left others alone. No pushy sales people on site, a simple \"no thank you\" and they moved on. Direct access to the beach and sea was great. Finally, the Friday night garden parties were unbelievably good, we were lucky enough to go to two and both were different theme and exceptionally good. The Royal Wings hotel is definetely one to be recommended.
