    Hotel says 5star it’s certainly not I would say 3 star at a push it’s very overpriced for what it is. The hotel service is rubbish. On welcoming you just get giving your keys it’s the first time Iv ever been to a hotel and they haven’t directed you to lifts, told you timings for buffet and told you the entertainment program or there hotel QR code for services it was literally a rush to pass the key cards and move on. The rooms are very big considering there was 3 of us in one room there was only 3 plugs in the whole room. Another thing with it being 5 star we phoned reception to ask can we hire an iron and was told no we pay them to iron. Iv never stayed anywhere that you can’t hire an iron. The buffet is like being on the bumper cars there is no coordination going on you go in find your own table, cutlery and try and find someone to order a drink. Others at the hotel at the time also said the same about the service. The entertainment of a night is rubbish it’s on for an hour and they introduce themselves for half of it. I’m unsure on the little kids entertainment as my child is 13. I think there is better hotels for the price in turkey I did not rate this at all as a 5 star hotel and a lot of guests said the same. The food was repetitive in the buffet and was the same foods each night. We also didn’t see any TUI reps on the resort and wasn’t provided with any information to go and see them. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel I would advise you to go elsewhere and read the reviews because I wish I did before spending this much on this hotel.

    Absolutely loved the facilities available. Staff support could've been better. I arrived with a baby and an autistic toddler and there was no one from the hotel to assist with my luggages or bags after taxi had dropped us outside. Had to wait for reception staff to turn up. Room service support was relatively slow.

    “Geen aanrader”

    Onze 9e keer turkije Het hotel zelf is prachtig, kamer en badkamer waren zeer groot. Onderhoud zou wel beter kunnen. Schoonmaak doet zn best maar veel dingen zijn vuil zoals handdoeken en beddengoed. (Zichtbare vlekken terwijl het schoon is) Zwembaden echt super mooi, temperatuur goed. Glijbanen goed toezicht en goed geregeld met kleuren bandjes. Service is heel erg wisselend. Na mijn idee ligt dit soms ook bij de gasten, sommige mensen zijn enorm assosiaal. Bv borden vol opscheppen en zonder aan te raken of te proeven gewoon laten staan zodat het weggegooid moet worden Dan het slechte van dit hotel en waarom ik het niet zou aanraden het eten is super slecht. Heel eentonig, vaak lauw of koud, veel dingen worden niet aangevuld en gewoon gezegd het is op. Maar ook gewoon rauw vlees. ********** opgelopen. Als je de socials leest waren wij niet de enige. Behandeling in ziekenhuis gehad. Hotel staat niet open voor deze feedback. Met moeite kan je extra handdoeken en andere kamer producten vragen.
