“Fantastisch”

Hotel Royal is een zeer stijlvol, charmant hotel gerund door een familie en dat merk je. Zeer vriendelijk en betrokken personeel. Heel gemoedelijke, relaxte sfeer. Prima ontbijt en lekker diner. Alles kraaknet. Mooie kamer. Goede airco en prachtig uitzicht op groot balkon. Op wandelafstand van Stresa. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. Aanrader! Wij komen zeker terug.

Verey, very clean! Traditional style but looked recently decorated. Breakfast ample. Room could do with a little more storage especially in bathroom - nowhere to put shower toiletries. AC was fine (and needed), bed comfortable. Staff helpful but barman was a bit too stiff and formal - came acroo as almost rude, so we never went back to thgat area.

Accommodation was amazing. Such a quiet hotel for its size, did not have to worry at all about getting a bed by the pool regardless of time of day. When we first arrived we thought we were the only people in the entire hotel it was that quiet. Location was great, right next to the lake/ferry port. Centre was a 15/20 minute walk but you could walk right along the lake to get there which we really appreciated

Very friendly, clean and tidy rooms. Pool area is lovely and the hotel has a warm and welcoming vibe. The menu offers only a couple of sandwiches during the day, so if you do want something to eat, you have to move out of the hotel- on occasion one staff member was too busy to make a sandwich.
