    “Toller Osterurlaub”

    Tolles Hotel mit super Service und freundlichem Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert für entspannte Tage ohne Stress und gutem Essen.

    The hotel is itself was fantastic and very clean and inviting. However, the language barrier was very difficult for English tourists as even most of the staff spoke German and was very hard to communicate with them. The A La Carte you had to pay for so only 1 buffet restaurant was available to eat in. The pattiesie cafe specifically said could not take out the restaurant but yet other foreign tourists could and when I tried they told me no. The water slides only opened in our second week due to seasonal times, which we were not told when booking with Tui and is the reason we booked it in the first place, so we lost a week and kids were bored up until this point which caused more stress and unsettlement for a holiday that should have been relaxing. Some of the staff were rude and abrupt, especially one of the men behind the Lobby bar and a lady serving the tables in the restaurant. Overall we made good of the holiday but this was our first holiday in 4 years that we saved hard for and the things that stressed us out and now have marked out memories of this beautiful hotel could have been avoided.

    “Bis zum 2 Januar zu empfehlen”

    Wir waren über Silvester im Royal Dragon Hotel und bis zum 2 Januar sehr zufrieden. Ab dem 3 Januar waren nur noch wenig Gäste vor Ort, was sich in Besondere bei der Qualität der Speisen bemerkbar macht. Einerseits hatten wir sogar Verständnis dafür, andererseits war das unwürdig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Personal ist wirklich Spitzenklasse im Royal Dragon, das Management dagegen hat stark nachgelassen ! Wir kommen trotzdem wieder, weil wir uns auf das Personal freuen. Vielen Dank nochmals an den Zimmerservice, den Kellern und Kellerinnen sowie an alle Animateuere.
