    “Bewertung, Mutter mit Sohn”

    ich kann Tui absolut empfehlen. Ich bin mit meinem 8-jährigen Sohn verreist und es war von Anfang bis zum Ende unkompliziert und schön!

    When checking into hotel, was advised they hsd upgraded our rooms to a Duplex Suite Infact we had been downgraded to two rooms connected by same front door and given no balconies, when we had paid for two rooms with balconies. We were made to stay in that room over night until our correct rooms became available at 4pm the next day, leaving us unable to unpack or enjoy the first night and day of our stay knowing we had to move all of our things. The rooms given initially were unacceptable, one had doors that opened with a juliette balcony that you couldnt even stand on, the second literally had a window. Both rooms faced a brick wall.

    dinner was not great, there were not many UK guests so the majority of the cuisine was more catered for the majority of the guests, it was very repetitive and most food was served appeared everyday. I think they need a little more variety and it would make the experience better for dining. there were issues with power cuts, having reported this to staff they advised its being fixed, this continued for 3 to 4 days daily, the AC in the dining area and lobby area was almost non existent so rather muggy inside but the room ac was fine.
