    “Rozczarowanie w Hotelu Decameron”

    Przed wyjazdem dużo się naczytaliśmy o tym hotelu - głównie pozytywnych opinii. Wiedzieliśmy na co się piszemy, że to hotel w stylu prawdziwie marokańskim. Ale nie sądziłem, że 4* marokańskie to maks 1* europejska. Pokój przestronny, codziennie sprzątany, ale nieprzyjemny. Brak światła sufitowego i tylko dwie małe lampki przy łóżkach na ścianie. Ogólnie ciemno a czarne meble dodatkowo przyciemniały pomieszczenie. Meble miały chyba z 20 lat. Brzydkie- spękane, nieodmalowanie ściany z wieloma klęskami po zamordowanych owadach, rozchodzące się drewniane futryny z drzwi do szafy w których skrywały się karaluchy to tylko początek tego nędznego pokoju. Łazienka - prawdziwy dramat. Kamienie na ścianach zagrzybione obrzydliwie. Za umywalką pleśń. W rogach toalety pajęczyny które mimo codziennego sprzątania pokoju nie znikały. W toalecie grzyba na ścianie. Klamki ledo się trzymały w drzwiach. Drzwi wejściowe bez żadnych uszczelek a zamiast zamka metalowa klamra, która zatrzymuje drzwi po ich otwarciu. Muzyka z zewnątrz słyszalna do późnych godzin nocnych tak głośno jakby się stało przy głośnikach. Jedzenie monotonne. Nie jesteśmy wybredni i próbowaliśmy urozmaicać sobie potrawy ale dziennie praktycznie było to samo i wyłącznie w stylu marokańskich z dużą ilością cynamonu i cukru… Ogólnie - nie tak wyobrażałem sobie styl marokański. Drugi raz z pewności nie wybiorę się do tego hotelu.

    We reported a number of issues to TUI and the hotel, some were serious health and safety issues which were masked over. Our grandson was bitten by a hotel cat and is now undergoing hospital treatment. This hotel is not 4 star as advertised and plays freely with peoples health it should be struck off and certainly shouldn’t be promoted to UK guests until serious renovations have been progressed.

    “Belle expérience en famille à Agadir”

    L'hôtel Royal Decameron Tafoukt est super bien situé en face de la plage, à côté de pas mal de lieu d'activité à faire en famille (La Marina,Danialand,Jardins accesssible a pied vraiment niveau situation géographique je le conseille pour les familles c est très animé. Notre chambre d hôtel était très confortable,le personnel très aimables et toujours disponible si on avait des questions.Il y a un accès à un souk sympas juste derrière l'hotel . La nourriture y était ********** surtout lors des soirées à thème orientale. Y en avait pour tous les goûts.C est un hôtel que je recommande surtout pour les famille car il y a de quoi occuper les enfants.

    Fantastische reis gehad.. heerlijk hotel.. niks om aan te merken... personeel heel lief van het hotel... lekker eten.. alles schoon en verzorgd.. volgende vakantie gaan we weer erheen

    Hotel great but mainly catered for French. Most of the entertainment was in French and we couldn’t join in music quizzes etc as we had no idea what was going on. Saying that, the entertainment team worked very hard and were brilliant
