    ​We were deeply disappointed with our stay, especially as we were celebrating our 15th anniversary—which went entirely unacknowledged despite booking promises of special welcomes. ​Our main issues included: ​Lack of Communication & Dining: We were never informed the dinner buffet was closed. We were forced into just four à la carte options, some of which served poor-quality food. ​Severe Sexism: Service was consistently discriminatory. Staff ignored me as a woman—refusing to take my orders or serve me at the bar until my husband spoke up. Only two staff members treated me with basic respect. ​Poor Housekeeping: Despite tipping generously, room service was terrible. We constantly had to call for basic amenities like toilet paper, towels, shower gel, and bathrobes (szlafrok). ​Poor Value: For a five-star hotel at this price point, the service was unacceptable. ​The only positive was the beautiful ocean and pool view from our room. Otherwise, this was a terrible experience and not worth the money.

    The hotel would become over run with locals , who has got onto the hotel without any wristbands or security checking A pool bar in the middle of a family pool just never ever works , drunk parents , kids jumping off the bar and stools , people Being sick in the pool , The evening entertainment is only for 1 hour The restaurants the food was fabulous , however the service was quick and rushed , plates being cleared whilst still eating . No brake between courses literally as soon as on course finished tjr next one is being placed by someone else .

    The Hilton Cancun Mar-caribe is a fantastic hotel, brilliant food and regular labelled drinks available. The room was clean and service was exceptional. The entertainment staff including the kids club staff all went above and beyond and I very happy return to this hotel

    The accommodation was top notch as was the staff service. Would highly recommend. Booked a boat trip to the nearby Isla Meujeres and was disappointed by the staff reaction after the boat took on water and we were forced to jump out onto a beach. Will Take this up Direct with the hotel with whom the booing was made

    Clean, good size with 2 x Queen beds. Mini bar restocked daily. Balcony could have done with a clean and a separate dressing table would have been useful
