    I don't believe the hotel we stayed in was accurately described by TUI. We have travelled with TUI many times and have never been disappointed until now. When we booked the pictures showed a large yellow waterslide at the resort which was not there when we arrived ..... False advertising and I see it has now been removed from photos. This was very disappointing. There was very little for kids to do at this hotel despite being described as very kid friendly. The food was really awful compared to everywhere else we have stayed. The rooms were ok but not cleaned very well during our stay. Some staff were lovely, many were miserable. It was not a particularly friendly atmosphere. For the very first time when travelling with TUI, we were excited to leave. It was a fairly expensive holiday too so very disappointed overall.

    The room itself was lovely and clean. The bed was huge and so comfy. The pillows weren't great, I'm a side sleeper and need a fairly firm pillow but the ones provided were either super soft or just really old. All facilities provided were great; kettle, fridge, hairdryer. Bottled water brought daily. Plenty of storage space. Lovely shower. What let our room down was the balcony. It was covered by a huge tree which initially seemed great because of much needed shade but it was a mosquito and hornet trap. So we had to be vigilant when out there. Then when you looked down you realize that we are above the bins. I didn't mind this much as they were tucked away and there was no odor, but half way through the holiday some workers chucked an old mattress on the floor outside our window and left it there for the duration. Otherwise, overall it was a good room.

    Disappointed that the larger slide that we’d loved when we initially booked had been removed prior to our stay, we weren’t informed of this change. The food was a little repetitive on occasion, but very tasty. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and quick to solve any issues. Lovely pools and the private beach was gorgeous. Overall the resort was fantastic, we loved our stay.
