    We stayed at the Rixos last year and returned as it had been amazing. I was disappointed with the balcony as I had upgraded for a sea view,there wasn't an umberella or loungers on the balcony.I raised the issue with the hotel who advised no umberellas were added to any balconies this year.I am very fair skin so this was an issue as I couldnt enjoy the balcony.The hotel apologised and offered an upgrade which we declined as we had already unpacked.The hotel offered a free late check out which we accepted as our transfer to the airport was 7pm. Although the issue wasn't resolved I believe the hotel did its best to resolve

    We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik and were really impressed with the hotel. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful views and easy access to Dubrovnik Old Town, while still feeling like a luxury resort where we could relax. One of the absolute highlights was the live Teppanyaki experience on our final night. It was outstanding and such a brilliant way to finish our holiday. The food was excellent, but it was the whole experience and entertainment from the chef that made it so memorable. We would definitely recommend it to other guests. The hotel itself was beautiful, the facilities were excellent and we loved being able to combine relaxing by the hotel with heading into the Old Town for the atmosphere, restaurants and bars. We were also celebrating our anniversary during the trip, so it felt particularly special. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would happily return to Rixos Premium Dubrovnik.
