    “Perfekcyjne wakacje”

    Plusy: Fenomenalne jedzenie Ala carte, świetny wybór alkoholi, świetna obsługa w każdym możliwym miejscu Duży przestronny pokój wymaga powoli odświeżenia ale nie ma się specjalnie do czego przyczepić - trochę za słabe wyciszenie pokoju.

    The staff are 10/10. Some of the guests staying can be quite rude. Accommodation - the toilets were not cleaned properly, there was a cricket in our bathroom, the bathroom door was broken, the balcony door was also broken (these were fixed quickly by the hotel staff)

    This is our second time visiting Rixos Premium Belek, hotel is beautiful, first class 5 star treatment, we love the hotel, always clean and majority of staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to our WhatsApp assistants Emine and Mediya who were really helpful with booking our second visit at the Asian a la Carte restaurant which was insane, the food there was amazing! Would highly recommend! (The Italian and Asian a la carte restaurants are fantastic, food and service amazing!) Also i misplaced my medication and the assistants were able to get a new box delivered to the hotel within 30 minutes! 😄

    We have loved every single minute of staying at the rixos premium. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was first class. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional – so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special mention to the pool bar staff, who were absolutely amazing and worked so hard every day while always serving with a smile as well as the guys on the WhatsApp group always there to help us. The food, drinks, entertainment and facilities were all fantastic, and the hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service made our holiday feel extra special. Thank you to everyone at Rixos Premium Belek for giving us one of the best holidays we've ever had. We made some amazing memories over the last 10 days and can't wait to come back. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury, relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
