    The main restaurant is closed atm which we knew, but the relocation in the conference room is APPALLING !! Cold food long queues dirty carpet more like a disgusting canteen ! You should not be sending your guest here, the first room we were given was above the kids club and opposite the construction going on in the buffet, noise started at 7.30 am every day ! We did not have a balcony that we should have had and front desk said YOU were wrong and not all of the rooms that we booked had balconies. Everyone was complaining, not just us

    Rixos ,normally fantastic we've stayed in a few now. So our expectations were pretty high . But sorry to say this one was nothing like the others! No luxury or added extras which you normally have. The outside toilets were terrible. The buffet was dreadful, I know there refurbishing the dining room ,that's fine but the food was not great.. The restaurants were very good! Thankfully, though trying to get booked everyday was a bit of a nightmare.

    It just wasn’t what was advertised. They had no beach/pool towels when you went in the morning and you had to wait for 30-60 min to get one. The buffet was horrendous and the entertainment was nil

    The staff were amazing and the food and drink was excellent. There isn’t enough areas for couples away from children so wouldn’t recommend for couples looking for a relaxing break.

    The accommodation was very clean & tidy the staff were friendly and helpful. Without there being a tui rep on site we didn’t find out about the a-la-carte restaurants until 3 days before we left. Another British couple who had been there 3 times took us around to the a-la-carte restaurant area and were able to book us in for 3 meals that week before we came home.
