Can’t fault the accommodation at all with the exception of the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room! As a Brit, it is a necessity not a luxury to be able to make a cuppa as soon as I wake up. Admittedly the room description did not indicate there would be facilities available, but given that it was a four star hotel I (wrongly) assumed that it was a given, especially considering all the other hotels of varying star ratings that I’ve stayed in across the world. The restaurant did offer tea at breakfast but not throughout the day or at dinner. Plus, breakfast at the hotel didn’t start until 8am! That’s half the morning gone! I tried to contact Tui for help but they couldn’t offer any useful advice. I asked at reception but they couldn’t provide a kettle for the room. We got so desperate we even considered buying a cheap kettle and a couple of mugs from a local store but couldn’t find any! It just doesn’t seem to be the norm out there but I’ll know for next time to choose a hotel that DOES offer this facility!

Das Hotel ist top. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten. Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer liegen zur einen Seite Richtung Bierkönig. Das heißt Musik, grölende Partygänger bis morgens um 4 Uhr. Leider auch in den Hotel Gängen. Rücksichtnahme ist wohl nicht mehr in. Die anderen Zimmer liegen zur Straßenseite mit Autolärm und Party An und Abreiselärm. Das war uns bei der Buchung leider nicht klar. Somit würden wir das Hotel in der Bierkönig bzw. Megapark Saison nicht buchen.

Lage hotel super wenige Meter zum Strand Hotel sehr weiterzu empfehlen.

Good- cleanliness,- the hotel was spotlessly clean, both the room and the common areas. Location- very good, just 1 minute away from the seafront with its restaurants, bars, shops etc. The beach was absolutely beautiful, golden, fine sand, very clean, lifeguards. Perfect! Food quality- good. Freshly cooked eggs at breakfast, good selection tho not proper Spanish or even international (more German centric). Facilities- lovely pool, lots of beds at sides of pool, lovely spacious reception, nice to sit around, good service in pool bar at night. Bad- hospitality- when we arrived, there was no food available, no drinks, no vending machine. Reception staff who checked us in were not at all friendly, it was actually quite a cold reception with no sense of welcome. Compared with other Spanish hotels I've stayed in over the past 14 years, this was very disappointing. When I asked about a vending machine (seeing as actual service was unavailable!), the guy said I could buy bottled water from the reception. That was it...... we were actually slightly hungry but had to go without. Admittedly it was about midnight, however that is when the flight gets Irish people to Mallorca, so some provision should be made. Literally, a vending machine would have satisfied our needs. Hotel was very centred on German guests. I felt that this was a pity; greeting people in German instead of Spanish just does not make sense to me. Breakfast also was not traditional Spanish food, featured German sausages etc Bathroom- the glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom was weird. From the bedroom, one could see a person in the lit bathroom! The shower leaked onto the floor in spite of our best efforts at angling the shower head. So then we were using the bath mat to mop up the water, which meant that it had to be changed each day.

Grundsätzlich ist es ein gutes Hotel. Die Eckzimmer mit zwei Pfeilern im Raum sollten günstiger angeboten werden. Absolute Stoßgefahr, besonders nachts. Essen gut, außer das Early Bird Frühstück für frühe Abreisen…total leer gefegt um sechs Uhr, kein Kaffee da, einfach miserabel
