The positives: food was very good throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Hotel in a good location in terms of the airport and Rhodes Town. The bad or the disappointing. The lift to the suites was broken and the only option to get to our room was to carry a pram and baby downstairs. The hotel offered to get a member of staff to help but we just wanted to get on with our holiday. Fair play they called us to let us know it was fixed. The manager in the greek restaurant was amazing though and deserves recognition. Our baby was being fussy just as our main was about to be served and he brought our dinner to our room within minutes still not. He was excellent! There was also a man chain smoking in the restaurant and offered to move him. We had finished our meal by that point but he handled it excellently and is a credit to the hotel. For \"ultra all inclusive\" a lot of things weren't included. One beer available with even local beers not included. Lots of the most common cocktails that could be ordered looked espresso martinis or passion fruit martinis were chargeable. Which is silly since I can order an espresso, vodka, ice and syrup but I have to pay for them to be shaken? The free wine is garbage. For an extra euro you can get something semi decent but the free stuff is awful. Plenty of wine that the hotel will charge for to make a profit though! There is only one single baby change facility in the whole hotel, behind the main reception. So if you're having dinner on the 11th floor and need to change the baby your choice is a) to in the lift, change the baby and come back up to cold food or b) get your baby half naked in front of other guests. Neither are appealing and it would cost virtually nothing to put baby change facilities in more toilets throughout the resort. Also, there are numerous areas in the hotel where you have to lift a pram down stairs. The staff will help you but who wants to continually ask? We stayed in a suite and there were free snacks and juice available in the suite reception... But only in the suite reception. ********** mend you of you wanted to take a bottle of pepsi back to your room! Just in case you drop it and glass has to be cleaned up. Yet, it's fine to take a bottle of wine from the bar to the room? There are no physical menus in any restaurant or bar. Everything has to be viewed on your phone. It's cumbersome and who wants to be at the dinner table on their phone? What about if you don't have a smart phone? We were told the suite had a heated pool by some staff but it's not. It was 21 degrees so too cold at that time of the year for us to let our son enjoy it. Just a bit of consistency would be good.

    “Allasosastot ja spa”

Allasosastot olivst hienot, siistit, toimivat ja palvelu oli hyvää. Spa-osasto oli jo \"kulunut\" ja \"autio\". Aivan kuin mahdolliset palvelut olisi lopetettu
