    The information provided by the hotel needs to be improved, also the words ‘all inclusive’ needs to mean that. At least 30% of the food and drinks menu were additional charges

    First room was horrendously noisy from the air con units out the back of the hotel asked to move rooms which was no problem and all sorted swiftly.

    We were allocated room 1552 in our hotel. It was advertised as a forest view. This is false advertising. No guest should be allocated this room. Its right beside outside vents and the emergency exit outside stairs. That was the view. Ear plugs had to worn by all of us as it was so loud at night. Hugely disappointing. Hotel accommodation wasn't cheap
