It wascquite basic, I did have a problem with A,C but it was saved promptly.

It was sufficient - the accommodation is much more basic than photos suggest. Also the huge and extensive campsites were unexpected and detracted from the natural beauty of the coast somewhat. Would have been good to have been informed of this beforehand. Also there was a naturalist campsite and beach not far down the coast which was an unwelcome surprise. I’d say don’t expect luxury, but think of a budget, Croatian centre parcs vibe. The food was great though and unlimited wine and beer was a great touch.

Accommodation fine, spacious and everything we needed. Not rooms in one hotel block but spaced appartment-like buildings across the site, which didn't bother us at all. Staff very helpful when we needed something.

I think you need to amend your hotel description, it is not a classic hotel. We were very shocked to arrive at a stand alone reception and then told to walk up a steep road to find our hotel room. There was not a lot of directions to the room so we walked up various flights of stairs to find our room. In a typical hotel you do not have to walk outside by the sea front to find the restaurant. My initial impression was to be complaining and find the next flight home, as this was not what I had booked. When we got home I did look on your website again and having now stayed at the hotel can see what you are trying to say but it is not explicit. We spoke to other guests who had the same reaction. However, by the end of our first night we were very happy with the “hotel” and would recommend it to others as it was a great place to stay. I just feel the website description should be improved so the first impression is not shock.

The original room was up a very steep hill and inside it was dark and a bit of a disappointment so we paid to upgrade.
