The hotel is showing signs of age and is in need of updating and better maintenance. Some of the air con units in the public areas were leaking including in the restaurant and on one day the water supply was disrupted for a few hours so no use of toilets, taps and showers. The “grass” area around the main pool is wearing and is bare and ridged in some areas which is a trip hazard. The staff in the restaurant and on reception were not very friendly or particularly helpful. On the plus side, the rooms were immaculately clean, the food and drink was plentiful if not particularly varied, the bar staff were friendly and the entertainment staff were brilliant - friendly, inclusive but respectful if you wanted to be left to sunbathe, and great fun to be around. The description on the TUI website states the hotel’s main pool was heated - it was not - and that there was a swim up bar - one of the main reasons we booked this hotel - but they did not have one and never had, according to other guests who have been there before. The clientele was mixed ages and predominantly French, German and Polish. This meant there were many people smoking in the public areas including around the pool rather than in designated smoking areas which was very unpleasant.

“Wakacje na Lanzarote”

Hotel położony jest nie daleko głównej ulicy, ciągnącej się wzdłuż morza/oceanu atlantyckiego. Ogólne wrażenie hotelu bardzo pozytywne pomimo jego lat. Pyszne jedzenie i all inclusive z prawdziwego zdarzenia :) Polecam
