    “Wunderschöner Gardasee”

    Das Hotel Poiano ist sehr schöne Anlage. Großer gepflegter Pool. Das Essen ist schmackhaft und reichlich. Die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei, dass gesamte Personal ist freunlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der kostenlose Shuttlebus super, wir haben ihn sehr oft genutzt

    We thought The poiano resort was exceptional we thoughrouly enjoyed our stay..the staff were so welcoming and so happy to see you. The food was amazing! Everything about this place was perfect. The free shuttle bus, the pool , the housekeepers. Could not fault one single thing.

    The accommodation was a little dated but the view from our room was absolutely amazing. The staff were fabulous. The only disappointment was that when we arrived our room wasn’t ready for a few hours and the staff at reception weren’t that helpful or forthcoming in giving us information about where we could go or where we could put our bags. For example we had to ask if we could get a drink somewhere and she said the pool but we of course didn’t know where the pool was and she looked at us like we were stupid. There wasn’t a huge amount of information at reception about the hotel and no info in our room about meal times, pool rules etc. apart from that the staff were lovely, food was fabulous for the rest of the stay. When we first arrived my heart sank as the pool was rammed and music ridiculously loud so you couldn’t hear yourself speak, but we hadn’t realised it was an Italian holiday so was busier and louder than usual. It wasn’t like that the rest of the week thankfully. Our room view was wonderful. Cleaners didn’t replace shampoos unless we asked but this wasn’t a huge issue. Not enough cups in room for number of guests either, again not a huge issue. Even though the room was a bit tired and in need of an update it was worth the stay for the location, staff and general vibe of the place. I would stay again.
