Bit tired and worn. Main issue was the sunbed cushion covers. Very stained and looked dirty. Our balcony was always covered in dead bugs-which were brushed up everyday, I hasten to add. Facilities for making something to eat was non existent. Breakfast was basic at best. Obviously because they would really like guests to pay for a decent one. 10 euros extra per day for the air conditioning was a bit excessive. We had no remote control for the tv the whole holiday even though it was reported. Issue was never resolved. Shower was like a wet room, but water didn’t drain away. We had stayed here a few years ago so knew what to expect with a few things but this time we were at times made to feel a little unwelcome by certain Plessas family members. Nikos Plessas is I think, the only reason people return here as there are much superior places to stay on Alykanas and cheaper.

Put in a basement rooms and very dark and felt unsafe. My daughters room was the same. Her air con didn't work wish you pay for but it was necessary to have. Not happy as it was like its ok young people so just put in the rooms we didn't book. Unsure if tui are aware of the area of rooms and conditions of them. Used app as no rep at hotel. Very helpful on this. We did get moved but only because I wasn't having the rooms given. Plus the tui rep had helpful i hope. Then put in the main building 3rd and that so much better and cleaner. More looked after and clean. Then that was the start of our mum and daughters holiday.
