We have stayed in this accommodation many times, the outdoor conditions are great (pool area, pool bar etc) but the rooms we have stayed in have been increasingly in need of refurbishment. However we keep going there as we know the owners/staff and like the location.

Would like to share previous comments regarding hotel etc.

The maintenance of the room needed to be checked before we arrived. We reported the kettle nit working correctly and was not replaced and expected us to go and get the replacement. The pool needed cleaning especially on the bottom. The sunbed cushions were filthy.

Tired

It is in a lovely and quiet area of Zante and have been using this hotel for the 3 visits this time however we found the accommodation quite dirty and run down a lot of the rooms are in quite a state of disrepair and even had to clean the shower head ourselves before use as it was caked in black mould as was the shower tray and door seals. The breakfast element of the holiday is nowhere near the price you pay for it as it was all cold options and the only warm element was beans ok if you like beans I personally don't so was left with only toast every morning not quite what I was expecting. Then the state on the sunbed cushions were absolutely disgusting they had not been cleaned since the start of the season no way would I have sat or laid down on one of them. It's advertised as a 3 star you really need to go yourselves and look at it it will be hard pushed to give it 2 stars .
