Tui changed our hotel we had booked to the one we stayed in. We had specifically booked the first hotel as this was our ho summon hotel and we were returning for a 2nd honeymoon so we were disappointed that this was changed with no explanation

The room itself was lovely and the hotel staff were excellent – friendly, helpful and a real positive of the stay. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing for a 4T property. Meat was routinely dry, tough and overcooked, fresh fruit was poor, there were flies around the food areas, and some breakfast items had very unusual textures which raised concerns about freshness and preparation. I also suffered a significant stomach upset for three days. The cocktails were similarly very poor quality and did not reflect the standard I expected. We ended up choosing to eat and drink elsewhere despite having paid for meals at the hotel. I also have concerns about the pool water. My approximately £100 Marie Jo bikini was permanently stained yellow after around two hours in the children’s pool. Separately, my friend’s white cover-up fell briefly into our swim-up pool and also turned patchy yellow. Two garments, two different pools. I cannot say what caused the discolouration, but I believe the hotel’s pool-water management should be investigated. So: lovely room and genuinely excellent staff, but very poor food and drink and concerning pool-water issues significantly detracted from the accommodation experience.

Wonderful all inclusive food and drinks Incredibly attentive staff - wonderful service from reception staff from the moment we arrived. Do let the hotel know if you’d prefer double or single beds ahead of time as they can accommodate this.
