    The hotel was lovely ( pick albatross luguna vista ) Well maintained Surrounding gardens were kept beautifully. All staff were friendly and very professional. Food and drinks were amazing. Pools and beach front again beautiful

    The accommodation was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly but there was an issue with a cupboard broken, banging in the night and it was extremely dangerous once open as it had a 20ft drop down to the floor below. The flight home was cancelled and there was zero communication, no offer or any costs towards food until everyone had already spent money and purchased things, and there was almost nothing to purchase on the flight home so not great for hungry preschoolers and I was unprepared due to the delay and cancellation as all the snacks I'd purchased for the flight home got eaten. The delay resulted in extreme tiredness due to poor timings and just a generally bad experience on the way home.

    Just wasn't a place we would have chosen. The food was not veggie friendly but I get that it's a country that eats a lot of meat, so its fine but not ideal. The place was huge so not a struggle for lounges but the biggest let down was the unfinished jetty so we couldn't reach the coral.

    3rd time at this hotel in 4 months, we loved it on the first two visits as everything was spot on to suit both our needs. On this visit however the lunchtime restaurant is now not used. Lunch is now only served at the heated pool snack bar, which is far too small for the large number of people eating there and with many tables not cleared quickly. The beach snack bar suited us as less crowed but limited on what food was available. I have mobility issues and takes me 10 mis to walk from main building area quiet top pool to beach snack bar and then another 10 minutes back again. this was disappointing and even some staff said it was not a good idea. Same 10 minute walk every night to see the entertainment, now on the stage on the beach. Last visit was next to reception so 1 minute walk from the building
