    IT WAS A SECOND CHOICE RECOMENDED BY THE GIRL IN STORE. OUR ORIGINAL CHOICE WAS £150 MORE EXPENSIVE WHEN WE CAME TO BOOK BECAUSE THE FLIGHT HAD INCREASED. WE BELIEIVED THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO THE BEACH. WE FOUND OUT THERE WAS A SHUTTLE BUS TO A PARTNER HOTEL WHERE THE BEACH WAS. WHICH WASNT IDEAL. THE HOUSE CLEANING STAFF ALBEIT VERY GOOD WAS ALWAYS COMING FOLLOWING US TO OUR ROOM LOOKING FOR A TIP. EVEN COMING IN THE ROOM WHEN WE WERE IN AND CARRYING OUT DUTIES WHEN I KINDLY DECLINED THE SERVICE FOR THE DAY. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND BATHROOM WAS BIG. THERE WAS PLENTY OF WATER GIVEN AND SHAMPOO ECT. IT WAS GOOD TO HAVE A FREE SAFE.

    They only had gluten free pasta once during my 14day stay. No gluten free bread and meat was sometimes over cooked and I couldn’t use the gravy/sauce as contained wheat, so after a week food became monotonous for me. The entertainment played the same music every morning by the pool and repeated in the afternoon, they also repeated karaoke a few times each week which was rather tiresome. The hotels app for animation team was out of date and incorrect along with the posters around the hotel. The TUI information for return journeys was not available in the library where all other holiday companies information was available. Otherwise the hotel was so clean, staff so friendly, animation full of enthusiasm and energetic, I loved their dances and foam parties were our favourite. I loved the red sky bar at night and the disco dj, the fire show and dance were great. The staff in the restaurant s were great, in particular soprano restaurant had kumar and Mohammad were the best most attentive waiters.
