lovely hotel, although our room was situated above the air conditioning units and had the smallest balcony that was impossible to to sit out on, think it should be made very clear the the rooms on the right side of the hotel have extremely small balconies with no sun and not a nice view

The rooms that we paid for did not meet the description and itinerary that was sold. We booked this hotel and paid the extra to have the Superior club rooms which said we would have a sofa bed which would have been ideal for a third person to sleep on. When we got to the room an extra single bed had been squeezed in by the other double bed making it very cramped. I feel the rooms we got were a lot smaller than what we paid for the rooms with a sofa bed would have been a lot bigger.

Het hotel was goed de kamer perfect eindelijk geen bad maar een douche de kamer was standaard dus klein weinig kastruimte dus ik deed wat in de koffer,de schoonmaak was prima aardig personeel,ontbijt was goed wij hadden halfpensioen het diner niets op aan te merken,het zwembad vind ik minder de vloer is gras als het geregend heeft is het behoorlijk drassig heel jammer,maar ik zou het hotel zeker aanraden.

We didn't attend the welcoming meeting because it was held in a different hotel. We never saw a TUI rep in our hotel (Pez Espada) There was only a A4 plastic information board advertising times/days the rep would be in the hotel Nautilus 300 metres away. There was no sign of any booklet in our hotel, during our stay we asked the hotel receptionist how we could get in touch with the rep regarding the time our coach would arrive to take us to the airport, they advised to visit the Nautilus when the rep was there, which we did and there were two reps which made me wonder why one of them could have been to our hotel, the rep told me we would get a message on my phone the following day. This never happened and only because two people on our flight told she had an app on her phone and she said she would keep us informed. not everyone has apps on their phones, so would have expected a text message. we received nothing, very disappointing. The hotel was excellent, the room was very clean, only one disappointment regarding the balcony, it measured 2 metres x 1.5 metres, there was two chairs and a table plus a device for hanging wet clothes on, this combination left very little manoeuvring as the door opened outward taking up even more space. The food was bland and short of seasoning, and the cutlery and crockery had dried remnants of hardened food on them even after being washed. The condition of the hotel was unbelievably fantastic, a credit to the company who own it.
