Excellent hotel would definitely stay again. Staff and food where 10/10. Lovely and clean only with great activities only thing was could do with updating rooms and bathrooms whilst any issues fixed by staff immediately needs some money spent on the rooms

The Tui description said air-conditioned room, but unfortunately the bedroom was not and was to hot. Also the room had staines on the sofa and carpet and needed refreshing. I complained to the hotel the rep and they moved us to a new room. The new room was perfect and was as if we were in a different hotel and what we paid for.

The hotel and location weee great, but only having one bar serving the whole of the hotel was insufficient. Some people preferred to sit on the reception balconies but would then have to go down three flights to get a drink.
