The hotel badly needs refurbishing especially in the bathrooms you have to stand in the bath to turn the taps on very dated, the room carpets very stained but all very clean.

“hotel godny polecenia”
Hotel z widokiem na ocean i klif , obiekt ogólnie stary , ale dbają o czystość jedyna rzecz do której się mogę doczepić to zapach w pokoju ( jak w kościele lub w muzeum ) . Pokój sprzątany codziennie . Jedzenie super , duży wybór , dostępne praktycznie od rana do wieczora . Kawa , herbata , zimne napoje przez cały czas , butelki z winem na holu i przy barze do samoobsługi , piwo , oraz drinki w barze robione z markowych alkoholi . Ponieważ mieliśmy wieczorny lot po wymeldowaniu o godzinie 12.00 nadal mogliśmy korzystać z wszystkich posiłków i napoi , basenu itp.

Excellent hotel would definitely stay again. Staff and food where 10/10. Lovely and clean only with great activities only thing was could do with updating rooms and bathrooms whilst any issues fixed by staff immediately needs some money spent on the rooms

The Tui description said air-conditioned room, but unfortunately the bedroom was not and was to hot. Also the room had staines on the sofa and carpet and needed refreshing. I complained to the hotel the rep and they moved us to a new room. The new room was perfect and was as if we were in a different hotel and what we paid for.
