    the hotel do not deserve to be rated 4star plus at all! not sure where to start but maybe with horribly dirty corridor carpet. dirty curtains in the room, blinds in the toilet and some smudderd marks behind toilet seat. no hot water in the shower when we arrived late after midnight. the price we paid for this accommodation and flight, half board it’s a disgrace, also flying with ryanair having to pay to sit together and no hand luggage other than small bakcpack.half board dinner- disgusting and only few options, we only went the first night and not been back. it doesn’t make sense to be asked to pay for water at dinner and get the same water for free at the breakfast. overall we couldn’t believe the price we paid for what we got and the rating for the hotel! the pool was only cleaned 1 time throughout our stay, the same dirt was lying at the edge of it for a week! 1 water dispenser in the whole hotel, based in the gym, often empty and we had to come back later. there was only 2 lifts for the whole hotel, thankfully we could walk stairs but other people had to wait multiple rounds to get in a lift. the only benefit was the view from the balcony, but the furniture was very tired and had sharp edges so we needed to be careful when sitting down. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone unless it was third of a price and described as 2/3 stars. it was a disappointment considering our previous tours with Tui were very good and previous hotel descriptions accurate.

    We hebben genoten van de vakantie in Madeira. De vluchten verliepen soepel, inchecken was simpel, helemaal goed. De accommodatie was geweldig. Uitzicht op zee, ruime kamer, groot zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader!

    “Tolles Hotel”

    Das Hotel isz etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Die Möglichkeit am Pool seine Badesachen zu tauschen fehlt. Sehr angenehmes Hotel.
