Excellent, staff came straight away to fix the issues with internet and cooker

Second time there at this hotel brilliant location and friendly staff but avoid rooms on golden mile it's noisy all night. This time quiet room garden view but wasn't low floor and i use a strollator. Preferred room last year as more space but this year hsf to go upstairs to bed and didn't like marble stairs was frightened of falling. Last year had to do stairs to get to lift! Health and safety isn't great for disabled

I have now stayed at Parque Santiago 3, three times I have been in Playa De Las Américas Tenerife, I find the accommodation to be amazing, the staff are super friendly always willing to help, the cleaners and maintenance do an amazing job. The pool areas are super clean. I love how secure the hotel is that nobody that isn't staying there cannot access. The kids pool keeps them amused so much it is hard getting them out of the pool. Also I loved the fact that you are never without a sunbed at the pool or a sun bed umbrella as there is enough for all the guests. If I return to Playa De Las Americas I will be rebooking with Parque Santiago 3 again. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and would highly recommend it to others.

Whole experience was great! We are rebooking 2 days after landing to come back next year

Wat heerlijk om op vakantie te gaan zonder zorgen. Met Tui is alles goed geregeld. Wij zijn al een paar keer op vakantie via Tui. En het bevalt ons echt super goed. Wij kijken er nu weer er naar uit naar onze volgende vakantie te boeken bij Tui .
