Wonderful stay — exceeded our expectations! We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our holiday from start to finish. The location is excellent — the sea, pools and everything we needed were right nearby. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and always happy to help. Our room exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, very clean and well maintained, with a lovely side sea view. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was cleaned very well, towels were changed every day and the bed linen was changed during our week-long stay. Our check-in was actually scheduled for 4 pm, but we were very kindly allowed to check in much earlier, at around 2 pm, which was really appreciated after our journey. And the sea is absolutely amazing — crystal clear! 🐠 Definitely bring water shoes and a snorkelling mask. We saw lots of fish and really enjoyed swimming and snorkelling. We also went kayaking to watch the sunset, which was one of the highlights of our holiday. We had a fantastic guide and received beautiful photos the very next day. There are plenty of nice places to eat nearby. We enjoyed the pizzeria, the pool bar and the restaurant at the resort. Our favourite was the lovely little restaurant by the yacht club, right on the pier — beautiful location, great food and a lovely atmosphere. We also rented bicycles and explored the Verudela peninsula, which was a great way to see the area. We visited Pula by bus and taxi, which was very easy, convenient and affordable. We only used the pool once or twice because the sea was simply too beautiful to resist! 😄 We also visited Ambrela Beach and enjoyed a beautiful sunset there. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Great location and facilities for all the family. Our only improvement would have been to have had a bigger balcony as it wasn't really big enough for a table and four chairs and a clothes airer, not sure much can be done about that though.

Hotel staff were helpful when asked but not overly friendly.

Some days the food served even early was cold. Vegetables undercooked every day.

the rooms could have been cleaned slightly better, especially whilst we were already there.
