    The hotel we stayed in was absolutely beautiful! What took our breath away the most was the view and location! The hotel was extremely clean, our room was spacious, and was always kept on top of by the hotel maids. The food was lovely with plenty of flavour and variety. All of the staff were well accommodating, helpful and friendly. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! It is perfect for couples and families, and it has direct access to a ferry port to get you to lots of different areas. 10 out of 10!

    “Saubere Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick”

    In jeder Hinsicht eine tolle Unterkunft. Sehr saubere Zimmer und Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist die Krönung.

    “Geweldig hotel”

    Prima gelegen en heel proper hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een ruime parking. Ook al is het hotel vrij groot, je hebt nooit het gevoel dat het té druk is. Lekker eten, ook al was de formule van buffet vorig jaar leuker. Jammer dat ook hier mensen ********** doen en al 's morgens handdoeken leggen aan het zwembad om dan niet te komen opdagen... In het algemeen : warm aanbevolen !

    Lovely hotel and location on the front of the lake. We booked a superior room which was disappointing to what we had expected. We were extremely disappointed and surprised it didn’t include a kettle. We did request a kettle several times but was informed only Delux rooms costing hundreds more were given a kettle. We offered to pay for a kettle but was declined and was eventually offered a flask of hot water which we would have had to collect each time from reception. This was not practical. And had a big impact on our holiday/hotel experience. Being unable to enjoy a nice cuppa on the balcony first thing in the morning and late afternoon is always a big part of being on holiday. Such a shame.

    At first we had a noisy room. It turned out the whole block had that issue. So they moved us to the attic room in the main hotel without a balcony. We just sucked it up as it was all they could offer us. But they shouldn’t sells room with known issues.
