    Food at dinner was not always very good, kids would have enjoyed some pizza on the menu. Should have been able to access water at dinner time. Breakfast was really good. Pool area excellent and plenty of sunloungers, no sunbed wars which was great. Location of the hotel is brilliant, really convenient for getting into Bardolino and the ferry point. Would have been good to get the extras bill the night before, paid it quickly at it was early in the morning only to discover there were drinks on the weren’t ours, hotel refused to refund as I had paid. Overall a lovely hotel, fabulous location but would do Bed and Breakfast rather than half board if went again

    The hotel rooms were quite dated but the air con was brilliant and much needed. The pool facilities and pool bar were excellent for families.

    Would have preferred bed and breakfast at this hotel. The evening buffet in the Cipriani restaurant was not up to expectations. Food in the grill restaurant was very good also the buffet breakfast
