Wir arbeiten daran, diese so bald wie möglich zur Verfügung zu stellen.
L’hôtel porte bien son nom un vrai petit Paradis. Logement super agréable, nourriture très ********** et ensemble du personnel super sympathique et serviable .
Show moreWe have a list of problems with the room as long as your arm. This was our third visit to Paradis Palace in a year. And the last.
Show moreThe accommodation was very dated, we had to request a room change because the first room that we were given smelled of damp, had a broken rail on the balcony and had booming music from the hotel nightclub until 2am. The hotel did move us to a much nicer room on request.
Show moreHi Muhammad, As agreed here is my email explaining what happend with my Wife on our Honeymoon staying at your Hotel Paradis Palace. On Wednesday the 21st October. Me and my Wife walked down to the beach after our evening meal to watch the Volleyball Games. A group of French lads come over to us shouting aggressively pushing me and my wife shouting I was looking at one of their girlfriends. I was not. I was with my wife. One French man stamped on my foot really hard you can see on the pictures i have provided. Another French man grabbed my Wife's arm which has left lots of bruising on her arm. I then had to protect my wife so I then grabbed one of the French men and we pushed and pulled each other. I was then tackled to the floor and pinned down. Friends who I had made around the hotel then came to my aide along with security. I was then taken away. I went the bar to get a drink to calm down and I was told I couldn't get a drink I had to go to reception. I then went to reception and made a report of what happened. This whole episode really ruined our honeymoon. My wife has lots of bruises on her arm as do I. I have provided pictures. I have since returning home gone to the hospital where I have been told i have broken two toes. Which means I can not return to work for 2 weeks. I have lost a lot of money now due to this matter. Shall I speak to Tui about this loss of money? We really loved staying in the hotel and the staff were amazing as was you and your reception team. We did hope to return to your hotel in July 2027 for a few days of you can help us achieve that. I will go onto TripAdvisor amd leave a review and well as Facebook. Finally, I wanted to say Muhammad thank you and your team for looking after me and my wife after we were attacked by the French men. You and your team were amazing. We hope to see you again soon. Daniel Ginley and Louise Ginley
