    “Turkey -tui”

    The plane travel, your staff, the hotel, the staff, the food, drinks and overall experience was mediocre. The fact that the staff was barely talking English is a red flag. A hotel designed almost exclusively for parents with kids. Noise at eating tables, noisy rooms with heavy doors moving the entire building. Clean but too many mosquitoes. Very accessible for kids ( toilets, bathrooms, swimming facilities). Mediocre food and drinks, but it’s turkey… so, that is my bad. A creepy old fat guy asking for a massage lurking around for days with no success. Full on activities for kids from clown show to magic show, painting t-shirt. But definitely not our cup of tea. Not turkey and not all inclusive. Hotel staff was barely surviving the day as energy and different kind of service at different bar. Animation staff was nice, but the rest of the hotel staff was not talking English and you couldn’t get what u want to drink. It was a great experience that I don’t want again 🤣. And the way the services are organized in the plane it could get better. Not cool at all that the fee for a private transfer is the same as a regular one which means you visit 6 hotels and travel one hour more just to drop of other people. While the private one is nice and cozy, private bus with a lot of facilities and a direct drive to the airport not a bus trip around belek. I don’t really want to recommend tui because it was kind of easy to realize where u trick the client. Disappointed by the travel agency.
