“Fijn hotel mer prachtig uitzicht”

Leptos Panorama is een prettig hotel. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat ze ons hadden geüpgraded naar zeezicht i.p.v. bergzicht. Het eten en drinken is erg goed en het buffet heeft elke avond een ander thema, waardoor je gevarieerd kunt eten. Veel cocktails en drankjes zijn inbegrepen bij all inclusive. Het zwembad heeft veel ligbedjes, waardoor er nauwelijks bedjes gereserveerd worden en er altijd plek is. Het strand bij jet hotel hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt, omdat dit een heel klein stukje is met keien. In de omgeving zijn een hoop mooie zandstanden die meer de moeite waard zijn. Het hotel ligt wel wat afgelegen, maar er is een lijnbus die stopt voor het hotel je je naar het centrum brengt. Hiervoor kan je kaartjes kopen in het hotel. Ook een taxi kan je via de receptie makkelijk regelen. Via Tui kan je ook een auto huren, dat is ook zeker aan te raden. De kamers zijn iets verouderd. De schoonmaak is goed en het bed ligt lekker, maar vooral de badkamer is wat verouderd. Al met al een heel prettig hotel.

Hotellissa ei mitään valittamista, hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Siisti hotelli, tilava ja hyvä allasalue, hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu.

“Hotellet”

Fantastiskt läge med underbar utsikt! Sängarna var helt okej. Maten varierande med olika teman varje dag. Mysig utemiljö med stora härliga soffor. Stranden nedanför var liten men solsängarna räckte alltid till, väldigt stenig så badskor behövs. Vi trivdes jättebra på detta fina hotell.

Hotell poolområde, närhet till havet mat, service, utsikt mot havet, helt suveränt, poolbar.

Sadly the Leptos Panarama hotel was not as described online. Our room was acceptable but dated. Spotlessly clean. However I booked a twin room and it was a kingsize which couldn’t be separated due to the headboard and size of room. My daughter and I shared the bed but that may have caused and issue. Mountain View- no sadly not as trees so high but also we were above the back of the hotel with noise 24/7 from deliveries and rubbish collection, glass collection at 3am which was so loud. The staff took breaks under the balcony area in the carpark which again was constantly loud. The area below was very scruffy. The back of the building was falling apart. Adjoining room- locked thankfully but the neighbours were so loud we could hear every word and movement so sleep was a huge issue for us. I asked to move but hotel was full. The pool- beautiful when you first see it but when you look closer, ie when in the pool, many of the tiles were broken especially around the edge and black with mould. Clearly a big financial input in the foyer and the dining area but everywhere else was falling apart. Not informed about the bus tickets which were half price from the shop and only found out after spending €5.65 for two each way. Staff lovely and polite and couldn’t do enough. I emailed in advance regarding my gluten and dairy free diet; the labelling was poor so avoided everything apart from meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. I had to ask each day for gluten free bread, and only realised I could after a few days. Very disappointed but the location was amazing
