    “Vakantie”

    Tophotel. Lekker eten. Goed personeel. Animatieteam geweldig. Geen handdoekleggers voor 8u. Nooit vechten voor een stoel of parasol.

    My husband and I have travelled all over the world for many years. We agreed the paloma is in our top 3 accommodation. Peaceful area. Hotel modern, spotlessly clean and great amenities and entertainment. Beach area fab. Staff go above and beyond.

    The accommodation was enjoyable overall, but there were a couple of areas that could have been improved. The choice of food for children was quite limited, and there seemed to be very little variety, with many of the same options being served at most meals throughout our stay. Having a wider range of child-friendly choices and more variety each day would have made mealtimes more enjoyable. We were also disappointed with the lack of support regarding a late check-out room. We had contacted TUI and the accommodation months in advance to explain that our son, Grayson, has a disability and that having somewhere to stay until later in the day would make a significant difference to him and to the smoothness of our journey home. Unfortunately, we weren’t given any help or confirmation until the actual day of departure. We understand that late check-out rooms are subject to availability, but having some communication or assistance with this earlier would have helped us plan and would have reduced a lot of the uncertainty and stress around our departure day.
