The accommodation was visually appealing on first impression, however the reality of the room fell far short of the five-star standard under which this holiday was marketed and sold. On our first full morning we discovered the room had numerous pre-existing issues that should have been identified and resolved long before any guest was placed there. These included heavily rusted bathroom fittings with rust staining on the floor tiles, damaged and peeling laminate on furniture, a light switch faceplate detaching from the wall, crumbling plasterwork at skirting boards and door frames with raw substrate exposed, cobwebs throughout the room including thick accumulations in corners and around fixtures, multiple walls showing poor quality paint patches over unrepaired damage, a damaged and unstable coffee table, dirty window tracks, and a ceiling showing what appeared to be water damage. We formally raised these issues with the hotel on 6 June and a deep clean was arranged for 7 June. Photographs taken the same evening as the deep clean confirmed it had not been completed properly — the area behind the sofa and the top and underside of the shower head remained heavily soiled, indicating months if not longer of neglect. The shower head remained in the same condition on our departure day, 15 June. Perhaps most concerning was the discovery of blood staining on the sheer curtain fabric, which I photographed on 12 June. Room servicing was also inconsistent across the stay, with the minibar and supplies not being replenished on several days as would be expected from a five-star property. I have retained 59 timestamped photographs documenting all of the above as part of a formal complaint submitted to TUI.

Rooms are looking shabby now and would recommend an update. Internal and external furnishings are stained and overall could to with a touch of paint.

Wij komen terug! En dat voor de rust, luxe omgeving, prachtig strand, lekker eten, mooie grote kamer en goede guest relations van het hotel. Geen animatie, de kwaliteit van de keuken is puur, veggie en vegan perfect mogelijk en zelfs volledig aangepaste menu voor allergieën indien gewenst. Enkel vluchten met Freebird zijn uren aftellen, zo klein niet normaal... ook zelf een taxi huren helpt (75 min van de luchthaven dan)

Second time at this amazing hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely accommodation and top class food. Shows at night are brilliant although only 3 times a week, other nights there is good live music.
