Our experience unfortunately wasn’t the best at all, we realised people who booked with jet2 had a lot more benefits with their booking, I.e premium spirits with all inclusive and a free meal within the restaurants at the hotel. We also was under the impression that the hotel was a 5 star, the food was at least a 1 star, where we had to spend at least £600 on taxis and meals out because it was that bad. Our room flooded due to the rain and stained and made all our clothes wet. They didn’t offer anything or even an iron when needed. Overall we really didn’t have a good experience and throughout this we didn’t see one TUI rep!

There was only 1 lift on the whole site and if it broke everyone had to climb lots of stairs. The other alternative was a very steep hill. This was not suitable for my group as we had 2 pushchairs with babies and a heavily pregnant woman with us. We could not be moved to different rooms. This ruined our experience as it is not disabled friendly at all. The childrens splash park was not working 5/7 days and there is only steps access, it was difficult getting my children to activities aimed at them. The mini disco in the evening always ran late and then the main show was also late so me and my children ended up missing the entertainment. The pool entertainment was the same 2 games and same 3 songs each day. I would not recommend this hotel for a variety of reasons. The only thing I enjoyed was the food and the staff! They were both 10/10
