Lovely hotel , near beach and restaurants and bus routes. Staff were very helpful

Rooms were small no room to store anything there were cupboards above the wardrobe area but we couldn’t reach them - the bathroom had water constantly coming up through the floor and was wet the sink had water stains down it and the taps were stained and peeling in parts, the bed was rock hard so had great difficulty sleeping on it

Hotel was advertised as a 4 star, at best it was 2 star. Rooms were awful, basic and not very clean. Overpowering smell of drains. Moved rooms twice. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for. Very limited choice and coffee machine didn't always work. Ended up going out most mornings and buying breakfast elsewhere. Pool area should be a relaxing place to spend time but unfortunately it wasn't due to the Rap/Club type music played there every day. Overall a terrible experience. We have booked many holidays with TUI over the years and this has been by far the worst holiday we've ever had with them. Very disappointing.

Hotel is very dated. It may say 4 star , but definitely not uk 4 star. Breakfast is very very basic , food quality poor. For dinner I'm pretty sure they serve last night leftovers as well. Room Cleaning is very basic - they did the bare minimum , a lot of dust left under the bed all week .

Reasonable price but basic. Decor was tired. Good location
