    Drinks was limited as to what you could have, not a great selection at all. You had to go to certain bars for certain drinks and the best bar was nowhere near the entertainment. The cups sizes was pathetic, take your own cups if you don't want to spend 80 percent of your time in the queues. Rooms are not as modern as the pictures. Not many plug sockets and not much storage space for clothes. Food isn't the best for kids. The entertainment staff was great and thats what brought the biggest positive to the holiday. The swimming pools are freezing. Slides are extremely fast and some are quite uncomfortable to go down but the others was fun. The lazy river is more just in the shape of one without any movement to actually push you around. Not enough seats in the entertainment area so people had to sit on the steps and I went before the school holidays so during school holidays I would imagine it would be very hard to watch entertainment. Never enough staff on the bars only ever one person serving the queue of people if you don't want to queue you have to tip to get seat service. The prices on the beach for the water activities was extremely good and highly recommend.

    It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in Tunisia the staff were brilliant and so friendly a special mention for Maria she was the highlight of our breakfast and lunch and always made sure our drinks were filled up. The entertainment staff were just amazing and really worked hard and was always looking out for you there was endless opportunities of games and activities and they made sure that everyone got involved and had a bit of fun the room was also lovely cleaned everyday and fresh towels over all a really fab place would recommend to anyone it was so good we’re thinking about booking again for next year.

    It was beautiful room was very cool and nice to be in. Definitely great for children the pools were lovely to be at and be relaxed while watching my child at the pool. Staff were amazing even down to the cleaners. Everyone seemed to always have a smile.

    Overall a well maintained hotel, the staff clearly work hard to keep it to a good standard. Some areas (including rooms) a little 'tired' in places, for example in our room, the socket for the room key to turn lights on was hanging off the wall and needed fixing.
