    Very comfortable bed. Essential. Good size bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent balcony that’s private from fellow guests. Rooms have double doors so more soundproof. Excellent spa and pools. Pool side alacarte for lunch great value if not on all inclusive and delicious food. Friendly staff all very helpful nothing too much trouble.

    Booked room with a pool which we could not use due to cats and the smell of cats spray. We didn't open doors for lond due to smell. Food at hotel was vert repetitive every meal. Food was just warm and some not warm at all on a few occasions we had to heat our food up in the microwave when I complained I was only asked my room number, no apologies o try to resolve complaint. 2 pools were very cold which again was another issue. One restaurant and one visit at the a la cart for a 10 day holiday is very unreasonable. Entertainment at the pool was aquarobics which happened once in the 10 day stay . No other activities at all not even music at the pool. .waiters very arrogant at times an would not give you time to finish your meal that they would lift it away. We were served a bottle of water which was warm an when asked to change to a chilled bottle waiter was very disgruntled. Nightly entertainment consisted of a pianist, someone playing a trombone and a singer twice. The spa did not exist at all no staff around at all to promote anything I could not today anything about the spa.. False advertising for something that does not exist. Indoor pool had 2 loungers at it. Iwe were wanting to book excursions and hormtel staff could not get in contact when they tried to contact them. Dining tables were never set properly you were every single meal missing cutlery napkins salt or pepper. We were very unhappy in most aspects of this holiday. A member of the cabin crew was very abrupt and rude to a few passengers. We were also delayed 4 hours going out to our destination. I would think twice about booking through tui again. Really happy to be home and that's something you shouldn't feel after a holiday. I will be emailing a complaint to the hotel as to yourselves.
