    The rep no good at all,the rep just tell about her self and trying to sell us vapes or cigarettes or any thing of outside of hotel nothing about the hotel at all she was rubbish i think her name was Karen get rid of her please and she sold us a trip the next day we change are mind but told we cant cancel the trip

    We were very disappointed with the location of our accommodation, we booked the resort for the beach location and was unable to use the beach for the full duration of our holiday. There was a severe seaweed problem on the beach causing the red flag to be displayed at all times which meant the beach was dangerous to use. The gases the seaweed produced left an unbearable smell in the air, which we were able to smell whilst sat around the pool area. I appreciate this may be a natural occurrence but we were informed by people who lived there that this was common for the month in which we were there, and had been for the previous 10 years. When advertised by TUI it states a beach hotel and clear blue water and white sands with images showing this. As this is a common occurrence for certain months of the year, we should have been made aware of this as we wanted a beach location and was unable to use the beach and unable to go in the sea. therefore we would of chosen a different location and country to get the beach location we wanted. It is not good practice by TUI to give a false impression of what the area is like.
