Generally ok - double bed was comfy, clean. Large bathroom. Cleaning every day. The pull out bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable. Springs dogged into your back and sides. My daughter slept with my wife. In the room, there was a terrible smell of damp. After reporting the issue to the reception, staff put a dehumidifier in our bedroom. It didn’t help. Our clothes slept of damp.

Show moreBefore booking this hotel, my expectations were much higher. It promotes itself as a five-star resort, but based on my experience, I would rate it closer to four stars overall. The hotel's infrastructure is excellent and truly deserves five stars. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options for both children and adults, which is definitely one of its strongest points. However, the cleanliness was disappointing and, in my opinion, deserves no more than two stars. Housekeeping did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. The food was average—around three and a half stars. There was enough variety, but the quality and taste were inconsistent. Overall, while the hotel has great facilities and entertainment, it does not deliver the level of service and quality expected from a true five-star property. For that reason, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone specifically looking for a genuine five-star experience.
