    My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! We stayed for 11-nights, 12-days for our anniversary. We stayed in a swim-up room in Building 12 and were really pleased with the room overall. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Room: The only downside was that the sun didn’t reach the sunbeds on our terrace until around 3–3:30 pm. Obviously, this isn’t something the hotel can control, but being able to sunbathe on our own terrace was a big selling point when choosing a swim-up room. That said, the main pool always seemed to have plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day, so we spent more time there instead. Another minor issue was that the terrace door handle broke on our first night, but we contacted our concierge and he quickly arranged for someone to come and fix it. Food and restaurants: * El Mercado (buffet): A good variety of food, with everything you would typically expect from an all-inclusive buffet. * Margarita (Mexican): Our favourite restaurant of the holiday! The food was lovely, and the wait staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. * Route 66 (American): The food was nice, although nothing particularly special. We would still recommend giving it a try. * Steakhouse: We really enjoyed both our main courses and desserts, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. One thing to note is that we ordered our steaks medium, but they came out pinker than we would usually expect for medium. * Dolce Vita (Italian): Another lovely restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. * Pez Dama (el beso adults only): we only went here for breakfast but it was really nice, however towards the end of our stay it was closed for maintenance and did not reopen again. We didn’t get around to visiting Blue Moon, and after looking at the menu for Sakura, we decided it wasn’t quite to our taste. Drinks and facilities: The drinks were good, and there are plenty of bars dotted around the resort, so you’re never too far from somewhere to grab a drink. There are also several pools to choose from, which meant we never struggled to find a sunbed. We particularly enjoyed the lazy river, although this was slightly let down by families and children staying in certain sections rather than continuing around the river, which took away from the relaxing experience a little. Butler/concierge: Our butler, José, was fantastic! He was always happy to help, quick to respond to our messages and made everything so much easier, from booking restaurants to answering any questions we had. He has such a lovely, positive personality, and we really appreciated his help throughout our stay. Overall: We had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed our time here. There were a few minor things that could have been better, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. The spacious rooms, great choice of restaurants, lovely staff and variety of pools all contributed to a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone considering a holiday here!

    The hotel was fantastic. Every single person working there had a great friendly attitude. Really positive and always ensuring we were taken care of. Our butler, Jose, was really great, getting our dinner reservations, sorting any issues we had and just being in constant communication making sure our stay was the best experience it could be. We will definitely be back to this resort.

    The staff are incredible but the hotel needs attention cleaning around the hotel and around the pools ie there was a peace of lemon by the pool that was there for four days before I put it in the bin so cleaning was not a priority it seemed
