    Dinning room air very hit and miss pool grey and greasy grease line around edge of pool water line often no water filtration often inoperative

    Online the impression is given that there is a splash area and kids pool however this is a short walk away. Not a problem we were happy to walk there each day however when we went down the all inclusive isn't available at that bar so we would keep having to walk backwards and forward to the other bar and down the road!!! This meant that the splash pool was quiet and the 2 bigger pools up the top were rammed with kids!!! Bit disappointing really as we'd assumed the all inclusive was included down there. We were ok as our little boy was big enough (just) to swim in the adult pools but if I had a baby that would only really go in a splash pool I'd have been really annoyed I also couldn't have got a cold drink down there. Additionally the bar operated on a plastic cup system that you swapped for a card. If you lost a cup or card you would have to pay a euro to get another. Sometimes we had to queue for a while just to take the cups back and get the cards which was a pain. I do understand that they were trying to be greener and also it meant that cups weren't left lying around all over the place but it was a bit of a pain sometimes. Apart from these 2 things we had a great time. The hotel was lovely and neat and tidy and staff friendly and helpful. The kids club was good- altho my lad only wanted to go twice. Food was great, I thought it was fine but my partner said he thought there was more choices on a previous holiday. Overall this was a lovely holiday- just a couple of slight niggles re the kids pool.

    The main problem was the walls were so thin you could hear every conversation being held in the next room even if the people were just talking normally. Also, every door seemed to slam closed which echoed through the building which woke me up several times during the holiday.

    Absolutely loved it! Perfect! Dinner could be slightly earlier for the kids and mini disco could be earlier too! 20:45 is too late in my opinion
