    Rooms very basic - wardrobe space totally unacceptable

    Rooms in need of refurbishment - very tired and grubby and not 5* standard. Endless minor problems ( air conditioning, TV not working , safe not opening, door battery low so couldn't get in room). Whilst these issues were speedily sorted the sheer number of issues should not have occurred.

    We have visited this accommodation many times. The location is central to Cavelossim which is perfect. We always have to complain when arrive as we never get the room type we want but the hotel usually sort it if not the same day. The rooms are a decent size for two people and comfortable.

    Fantastic hotel, amazing staff. All staff from gardeners, bar staff, restaurant staff, reception right up to senior managers they couldn't do enough for you.
