    The Niko hotel is good in parts but falls down in a number of areas. Being a holiday maker is so different to city breaks or business stays and the room was lacking a number of basic items for a satisfactory holiday. For example the room chair was totally unsuitable as it was like a deck chair, the bedside stools were useless and should be replaced with small drawer cabinets to store personal items, there are no hooks to hang damp towels or swimming costumes, the light switches were a nightmare to operate, signage to lifts etc was non existant, our balcony suffered from water leaks from the plunge pool above, limited electric plugs, sun loungers were sagging due to damaged webbing etc. However on the plus side the bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water, nice food, super infinity pool, good location with fabulous views and the staff were great.

    Superb hotel. High standard. Pool was freezing cold. Service was generally great. Food was high standard.

    5* premium room booked. Room was right next to a working construction site that started at 6:30 in the morning. There was no information about this given to us before the holiday. I have photos and videos of the above. Complaint badly handled by hotel and TUI. And no resolution. Will be taking legal advice and action.
