We booked a room with a view and we requested a high quiet room, we were initially put in a low room above the restaurant with no view. It was really dark too. The room was in a separate block to the main hotel. Next day we requested a room change and got a smaller room in the main block with a great view. Hotel staff were excellent in facilitating this. Tui should explain that Studio Ocean Front rooms are in a separate block, more difficult to access and above the restaurant and pool. Some have hedges along the front of the balcony which obscure the view. Our room safe was not bolted down. The all day music at the roof bar/pool was loud and unnecessary. Very low lighting throughout hotel. Not enough light in bathroom to shave. No control ober balcon light which came on at 2030 and went off at 0030. Plenty of sunbeds.

    “Es war sehr schöner Urlaub”

Ein schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, die Lage ist super, 10 Minuten bis zum Altstadt, direkt am Hafen entlang. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.
