Smalish and friendly hotel Food was good each day Sunbeds need replacing Would stay again

A good budget hotel located quite near the centre of Nerja- 20/25 minute walk to the main shops and bars but close to 2 well stocked supermarkets. Beautiful beach 15 minutes down a steep hill. Then from there 5/10 minutes walk to centre of town. Return walk we came a different route to avoid the steep incline. Breakfast and dinner food options were brilliant- plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. Wine very reasonably priced. Nice pool and pool area. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Good balcony but if you want a view you should ask. We overlooked the supermarket car park but not bothered about that. Small fridge in room and kettle and cups. Plenty of clean towels. Only downside, A/C noisy.

We have been back to the hotel for many years now and we be back a again

In need of refurbishment. We were a party of 3 however only 2 cups and bottled water provided on arrival. One bed very squeaky and need to be changed. Safe not available till paid for. No information in the room so needed to get details from staff at the resort. Would benefit from music in communal areas. Only footfall available to watch in these spaces. Food satisfactory. Needed more vegetarian options. Staff helpful.

I had read a few negative comments about the Hotel which made us a little nervous but we both really enjoyed the whole experience and found that the previously stated negative comments to be without foundation or just people nitpicking over nothing or just plain getting their facts completely wrong. It was a really nice well kept hotel with exceptionally friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. They even left a bottle of bubbly and fruit plate for us the day before our departure. The whole place was pretty spotless and you could tell the staff were very proud of their work. The food was varied and plentiful, the bar was good and the areas around the pool pleasant and spotless. There were also quite a few returning customers which is always a good sign. All in all it was a great choice and well worth the expense. We would return to this hotel and we would also definitely use TUI when looking for holidays.
