Some of the bar staff were not friendly. The rest of the staff were very attentive.

Amazing for start to finish!

Guy at reception on arrival was dismissive - tried to put us in a room with a view of a carpark rather than the sea view i booked. Ended up moving twice to get the room i had booked. Food was not good, very basic, did not eat dinner at the hotel at all - would not recommend all inclusive ! Accommodation was very dated. On a positive note, the views of the coast and sunset were lovely.

I found the food selection very poor compared to previous Tui holidays I’ve been on. I found the staff not very accommodating for example I wanted cheap brown bread on the snack bar as only white was provided, this was refused. I had to ask for soy option yoghurt at every meal and then they ran out of the sugar free option which was then never replaced. The room was small and cramped - I am a family of 5 and it was booked as a studio - it was two small rooms not even next to each other so we had to separate - I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known.
