This hotel should never have been available to anyone i will be taking further action against tui

Absolutely AWFUL

The staff were fantastic. They were friendly and helpful. On our first day though, we had several people come up to us selling things, like excursions, spa treatments or bingo tickets for the evening. It was one after the other and a bit full on considering we were tired from travelling and just wanted to relax. Some of the hotel needs attention- the paintwork is splodge on, or crumbling plaster dust in the corridor, andcweird smells. It is generally clean though. They didn't put the air-conditioning in the restaurant or communal areas on much which made it uncomfortable as we dripped with sweat. The food was OK but quite bland. Almost every night we were woken up by crazy loud music from somewhere across from the resort at 3am. We lost a fair bit of sleep. There weren't any snacks. We only saw ice cream served once, and the bbq mentioned in the particulars was fored up once. There was no information in our rooms about facilities, meal times, pool opening times etc. The Internet was intermittent. The pool was great but small. The beach, however, was wonderful. Overall, I felt disappointed with the hotel given how much the holiday cost. I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again, despite how lovely and hard working the staff are. Given this experience, I'm not sure we'll book with Tui first a while.

Booked a family room but were given 2 bungalows in a block away from the hotel that weren’t even close to each other

Filthy, food was terrible and no entertainment.
