    I didn’t even have a bed .i had a chair to sleep on for 5 days then the hotel put a bed in the room

    The rooms we received were not the rooms advertised on Tui website. The were not as nice as we were expecting. They were clean when we arrived but they weren't cleaned properly at all throughout our 14 night stay. Shower, toilet and sink were not touched at all during our stay, bedding should have been changed every 2 days according to reception staff but this was only done twice after complaining. Towels weren't changed as promised either and some days the dirty ones were collected and no clean ones left. The noise around the hotel was absolutely ridiculous during the nights. I expected the noise until the evening entertainment finished, but it then continued until early hours of the morning as guests were setting up their own speakers to blast music from not giving two thoughts about anyone else. I complained about this 3 times, and on the 3rd time the manager told me he couldn't control the guests and that he would change my room. When it came to actually changing rooms I was called a liar and they then refused the change. By this point I hadn't slept properly for 5 days and was also travelling with two autistic children. The attitude on the staff in reception over this was absolutely appalling and they just weren't interested. The food was a huge struggle. Some nights were fine and everyone managed to eat, but the rest was really difficult. The pasta was always dry where it had been left out too long, the bolognese sauce looked more like meatloaf, and the chicken nuggets were brown on the inside. There were cockroaches running around the counters in the restaurant on 3 occasions that I saw, and cats absolutely everywhere - including around the dining areas. We also found a dead rat on the path one morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

    “Varierad upplevelse”

    Resan i sin helhet var bra. Hotellet i sitt skick och servicen var helt okej. Städades på rummet varje dag och det fanns alltid aktiviteter på kvällarna. Maten var dock under standard, smaklöst, variationslöst och ibland nästa oaptitligt. Barnen åt samma sak varje dag pga barnmeny bestod av samma sak varje dag. De hade friskrivit sig från ansvar genom att tex skriva att allt på dessertbordet innehöll gluten, ägg, mjölk och nötter. Så som allergiker så var det frukt som gällde. Poolen var iskall, så även barnen frös första halvan av dagen. Tacksamt dock att vi fick äta/bada samt nyttja omklädningsrum trots att vår avresa var sent på kvällen

    “Nytt men med uppenbara brister”

    Alldeles nytt och uppenbarligen inte intrimmat hotell. Det saknas räcken till huvudpoolen vilket gjorde det väldigt svårt att komma i och ur poolen för människor med balans- och synsvårigheter. Bullrig, stökig miljö omgiven av byggarbetsplats/soptipp och överlag väldigt charmlöst. Matsalen serverar halvkall, smaklös mat i en extremt bullrig miljö, helt utan charm.
